This study seeks to evaluate the criteria that determine the excellence of a Family Health Center used by the Health Ministry.A qualitative POS methodology was used and two focus groups were conducted with managers and non-managerial people belonging to the Primary Health Care.Then, ULTIMATE 3-6-9 1200MG secondary sources were reviewed specifically in relation to the evaluation criteria of human resources.The obtained results identify eight characteristics that are associated with a family health center of excellence and two new proposed criteria for evaluating the human resource to certify a model center.
